New Promises provides transitional recovery housing for adults. Individuals may
be self-referred or referred from a local agency or professional.
RESIDENTS MUST:
- be 18+ years of age
- be in recovery from drugs and/or alcohol addiction
- have a home group and sponsor within 10 days of admission
- test negative on a 12-panel drug screen before admission
- be able to provide residency fee + security deposit PRIOR to admission
- become gainfully-employed within 2 weeks of admission
- attend and participate in weekly house meetings
- submit to random and frequent drug and alcohol testing
- attend at least one 12-step meeting each day
- attend New Promises Out-Patient Group Therapy Session once a week
*We are not equipped to provide housing for women who are pregnant.
*We do not accept men or women who are currently taking Methadone,
Ultram (Tramadol), Suboxone, Adderall, Ritalin, Librium, Xanax,
Klonopin, Valium, Ativan, or any other medication which has the
potential for being abused.
*Use of drugs and/or alcohol on New Promises premises will result in
immediate termination of residency without a refund.
