| Greetings from Pittsburgh! We'd like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks, special appreciation, and gratitude for those who are current and prospective members of the New Promises Family! We are enjoying the journey and feel truly blessed to be able to provide a real home to recovering addicts and alcoholics. Since 2008, we have been taking pride in our recovery houses, and our focus is on helping others. Our minimal residency fee is reasonable, and it ensures we are able to continuously provide our resident family members with premier, recovery-based housing. We want to help you get back on your feet and feel a sense of comfort when you walk through YOUR front door at the end of the day. Our mission is to operate structured, transitional housing for recovering adults in the Greater Pittsburgh area. We are not your run-of-the-mill 3/4-way houses, and we are not a halfway house. We are pleased to provide clean, safe, and substance-free housing for serious recovering addicts and alcoholics. We have separate homes for men and women who are looking to change their lives and become productive members of society with the support of other residents. We have a Management Team which consists of a Masters-level owner, individuals committed to recovery, as well as two professionals with more than 20 years of experience and knowledge in the area of addiction and alcoholism. We are passionate and dedicated to supporting our residents, and we will walk with you, trudging the road to happy destiny. New Promises residents are expected to respect themselves and others. You will find the adults here provide invaluable support for each other, both in the New Promises program, as well as in everyday life.
