Residency Fee


Upon admittance, each resident is charged a monthly program residency fee of
$400.00 which is due on the first day of each month. Residents are also responsible
for a one-time, non-refundable fee of $100.00 to pay for drug screening and
administrative expenses.

The residency program fee covers each resident’s living expenses (rent), utilities,
phone, Internet, paper products, and cleaning supplies. Residents are responsible for
providing his/her own food, personal toiletries, and laundry supplies.

We are not responsible for our addiction, but we are responsible for our recovery. It
is very important the resident participating in the NP residency program fulfills his/her
financial obligation and abide by their commitment to the residency program.
Financial accountability is part of recovery and part of being a productive responsible
member of society.

Rent is non-refundable after paperwork is signed. No exceptions.
